In this way, I See Culture directly organizes the training with each individual interested student, offering what was previously agreed upon with the company.

Information – Communication is Key

We create a landing page for each company client, where each student may be informed of their English training possibilities on their own, sign up directly for a trial session (in which they can also ask informative questions, and it also is good for a level test). The objective is to reach an agreement in which the client will have less work generated by training, that we can take on. This begins from the start, the only thing the company has to do is distribute the initial link among their employees (internal web or email). The rest is on us.

There is no standard, each client is unique.

Each company has different training necessities. We can organize things in so many different ways: each student pays individually, each one with a discount code generated for the company and corresponding to the amount to be billed to the company (who partially subsidizes training). This way, each person takes responsibility and is accountable for their own training and attendance. Even in this format, we can arrange structured groups, or, our favorite, use our “with others” bonos with flexible time tables. The class times are according to level. Depending on the size of the company, we can set up an exclusive time-frame, or not. In each case, we count on our reservation system to ensure a fluent organization. These are only some of the solutions which we deal with. Each company has their own informative video(s), explaining the English services previously agreed upon.

We facilitate the required reports, the students advance, and each one has direct contact with us so as to manage their own rhythm and English training. Our work is to alleviate the workload for HHRR and offer practical English training with demonstrable results. The bono system confirms our commitment, if it doesn’t fit with the student or client, you don’t buy the next bono. It’s as simple as that. No class is lost. The difference is tremendous. Our clients begin to notice laughs in English, people accepting to speak in public in English, or to organize or participate in an international meeting. The difference is clear.
