• Booking policy: Once a session is booked, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled
• Group size: Sessions run with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants
• Session availability: If a session does not reach the minimum number of participants, you will be notified by email in advance
• Use of credits: Credits are valid for conversation and activity-based sessions only
